In her practice, Kathryn represents lenders, buyers, and sellers in the residential, commercial, and construction acquisition and lending arena in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Kathryn counsels individuals and small businesses in developing business asset protection plans and estate plans, as well as business start-ups and terminations. Owners of real property and title insurance companies benefit from her extensive title experience both in the transactional setting and in title clearing litigation.

Kathryn has long held a steadfast commitment to her local community, serving as a member of the Plaistow Public Library long term vision planning task force and as a member of their Board of Trustees in Plaistow, NH, her home town. Additionally, she proudly served our country for four years as an active duty army service member. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, gardening, reading, and cooking.
